These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of services, digital products, and coaching programs offered by Samantha Trew trading as The Leadership Shift.
By continuing with your purchase, booking, or participation, you agree to these Terms in full.
Who We Work With
The Leadership Shift serves clients globally. All offers are made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). It is your responsibility to ensure any product or service complies with local laws in your country before purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not align with our values or who violates these terms.
Digital Products & Coaching Services
Leadership Audits
Upon purchase of any audit product:
- You will receive access to the audit tool and instructions via email.
- You must book your audit debrief session within the timeline stated on the sales page.
- You are permitted to reschedule your session once with at least 48 hours' notice.
- If you fail to attend your session or cancel within 48 hours, your fee may be forfeited.
Coaching Programs
Coaching is a collaborative experience. Outcomes depend on your personal commitment and engagement.
We do not guarantee specific results. You remain responsible for your actions, decisions, and business.
Fast Action Bonus Offer
From time to time, we may offer limited-time bonuses (such as credits toward programs).
All such offers:
- Will have clear expiry dates (e.g. 7 days from audit booking)
- Must be claimed within the time stated
- Are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be applied retroactively
Refunds & Cancellations
We comply with Australian Consumer Law and offer guarantees as required.
Digital Products (Audit Tools, Downloads, Templates)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, no refunds are offered unless required by law.
Coaching & Audit Sessions
Refunds are not offered for change of mind. If an emergency prevents your attendance, please contact us.
In the case of repeated cancellations or non-attendance, we reserve the right to cancel your access or remove you from the program without refun
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, audit tools, programs, and coaching frameworks remain the intellectual property of Samantha Trew | The Leadership Shift.
You may not copy, share, sell, or distribute any material without written permission.
Payments
All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified.
We use third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and are not responsible for their systems or delays.
By purchasing, you authorise charges to your payment method for the full amount, including any taxes or fees.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or misuse your personal information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damages arising from your participation in any product or service.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we agree to communicate in good faith and attempt to resolve the matter amicably before taking formal action.
All legal matters will be handled under the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your agreement with the most current version.
